Be part of something exciting Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Administration Officer – Workshop is responsible for providing full administrative functions to the Tomago workshop. Key responsibilities of the role include: Ensure behaviour is consistent with Zero Harm values and policies at all times Create, maintain and close out job packs for every machine in the workshop Review all timesheets, ensuring correct work orders are used Raise and receipt all contractor labour purchase orders Maintain workshop annual leave roster Process all BOM’s for parts required in the workshop Process all workshop related purchase orders Create work orders as required for additional items Perform the administration required to enable the day-to-day function of the workshop Continuous improvement and documentation of all workshop admin processes Control Unvouchered and Unreceipted reports ensuring up-to-date and accurate Review, action and close AP queries Any other administrative duties as required To be successful in this role, you will: Be computer literate, particularly with the MS Suite of applications (Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook preferred) Have solid experience in purchasing / administration Exposure to workshop environment highly regarded Ideally have experience in a Logistics, Mining or Resource industry Have JDE experience (highly regarded) Be efficient in meeting deadlines and prioritising multiple tasks Possess general knowledge of WHS principles Be a team player Be positive and enthusiastic Be customer focussed Possess good telephone etiquette, with the ability to remain calm under pressure Demonstrate excellent time management Have the ability to function in a workshop environment Display an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels We do not just look at your qualifications, licenses or experience - we want to ensure every team member lives the values of Zero Harm, Unity, Passion, Excellence and Relationships.
