Emergency Department Registrar HM26-30 Fixed Term - Full Time (86 hrs per fortnight) until February 2019. Possible opportunity for extension to February 2020 An exciting opportunity exists for an immediate start at Wimmera Base Hospital Horsham for a Registrar (year 3 and above) who is interested attaining valuable diverse experience in emergency medicine in a large rural hospital environment. This position would be particularly suited to a rural GP or GP trainee.
Supervision in the ED is provided by visiting FACEM Consultants and the Director of Medical Services. Key Selection Criteria include: MBBS or equivalent degree Full general registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) A minimum of three years postgraduate experience of which a minimum of two years should be in Australian hospitals.
