Business Development Manager

Your base will range between $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience super car allowance and commission. What you will be doing: In your new role you will have the opportunity to work with a high level of autonomy. Depending on your current strengths, you will either focus on the commercial or the multi-residential market.
You will manage, grow and develop a range of small to large retail flooring groups, including some independents across NSW. You will also work with some key commercial contractors in your territory. You will treat your role like running a 'business within a business'.
Work with a high level of urgency, drive, and tenacity to set a successful call cycle and strategy to cater to all your clients' needs. Your role will have a healthy mix between chasing new business opportunities in the market and working on existing projects.
