In this environment, maintenance reliability, equipment capability, compliance to business process and an ongoing focus on cost effectiveness is critical. The success of the Mount Keith Operation and our ability to extend the life of this asset is closely linked to the effective application of preventative maintenance, uptime analysis, cost reduction and the effective application of capital. In this context, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the leadership and development of their team in the maintaining of all mobile equipment, working with the highest priority to safety at all times, striving to complete work within agreed time frames and in doing so, supporting the Mount Keith Nickel Operation by being industry leaders in maintenance.
