HR Manager-Mandarin Speaking Sydney CBD Global property development company HR Manager-Mandarin Speaking, Sydney CBD $90,000-130,000super Your new company A global property development company, based in Sydney CBD, have an exciting job opportunity for a HR Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract. Your new role Working as part of a small HR team and reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities including end to end recruitment, employee relations, learning and development together with developing policies and procedures. You will also work proactively and design and deliver HR initiatives that add value to the business and align to their strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed You will have proven HR generalist experience together with the ability to read and write in Mandarin. You will be highly resilient with a strong work ethic and will have a results driven approach. You will have the ability to partner with senior leaders in order to design and deliver HR initiatives that add value and improves employee engagement and retention.

What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of $90,000-130,000 package together with the opportunity to work within a collaborative HR team where you can make a real impact.
