6 month fixed-term contract Supportive team environment City fringe location Opportunity managing an extensive portfolio of commercial and general insurance clients located in CBD fringe Your new company This professional and competitive company offers experience and expertise across multiple services including Self- Managed Super Funds (SMSF), Estate Planning, Financial and Retirement planning and both Risk Protection and General Insurance to its wide and diverse clientele. Within a team orientated office, a 6 month fixed-term contract position has recently become available due to a key member of staff commencing maternity leave. Your new role Your role will consist of managing an existing and extensive portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for client retention and account management, including premium renewals and administration duties. As an Insurance Broker, you will be providing various general insurances to clients, including but not limited to: home, motor and boat insurances, travel, farming and business insurances. High quality face to face customer service and relationship building with clients will be key elements of this position.

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the role, we are looking for a friendly, professional and team-orientated Insurance Broker with: · Tier 1 and 2 qualifications · Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial and general insurance · Ability to work autonomously · Proficient computer skills and administration abilities · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with clients to maintain extensive portfolio What you'll get in return In return, you will receive the opportunity to grow and develop your career and skills in the Insurance industry within a supportive and professional environment.
