Your new company Our client is a well known infrastructure company seeking an experienced Team Assistant/Office coordinator for a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Your new role Manage the day-to-day schedule of office staff. Organising & scheduling meetings Perform admin tasks Reception duties such as answering, screening and forwarding calls Greeting and signing in visitors Coordinating on site meetings, site tours and events.
Filing and scanning Perform data-entry tasks Processing team expenses Maintaining office presentation and ordering supplies, stationary & equipment Arrange couriers and collecting/distributing mail Running errands as required What you'll need to succeed Previous 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar role Ability to perform a full range of administrative tasks Initiative in making recommendations to improve work efficiency Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment Demonstrate organisational skills and ability to priorities Strong eye for attention to detail Highly experienced in all MS Office suites Positive and proactive attitude What you'll get in return Monday - Friday $27.00 - $28.
