Your new role You will take charge of online analytics and channel growth. You will champion the user journey, and help revolutionise their experience. You’ll measure, analyse, and report on campaigns, and use the insights to improve performance.
You’ll be responsible for: Devising and executing strategies to drive online traffic through digital channels Tracking customer behaviour and optimising customer journeys and site performance to drive engagement and conversion Developing, managing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that use a range of strategies – PPC, SEO, paid search Managing the redevelopment of company digital properties, including gathering business requirements Managing campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables Partnering with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, it’s important you have significant experience in digital marketing with B2B experience. You must also be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing analytics and how to use insights to optimise performance. We’re looking for someone with advanced knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including experience with XHTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, Google Analytics & AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager.
You’ll also need experience with CRM and marketing automation and personalisation – Salesforce/Pardot experience an advantage.
