Excellent career progression Newly created role Award winning organisation HR Coordinator required for an award winning organisation based in South Sydney Your new company An Australian owned market leader who have the monopoly in their industry have an opportunity not to be missed for an HR Coordinator. Your new role Working across two sites and reporting into the business manager and HR Manger you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, including end to end recruitment - advertising positions, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, background and reference checks, on boarding and exit interviews. You will be the point of contact for all employee relations matters,complaints and investigations.

In addition to this you will provide daily reports to the national HR team. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a background HR Administration or Coordination with strong administration and communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
