Innovative and progressive government department Sydney CBD Location $35 p/h Personal Assistant, Government Department, Sydney CBD Location Your new company An exciting new opportunity exists at an innovative government department for a highly established Personal Assistant. This department is seeking a personable and organised candidate to join them on a short term temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Your new role This position will see you providing high level administrative support to the senior executive to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department.
You will be required to take responsibility and ownership for various administrative tasks including but not limited to: - Coordinate executive communications, including phone management, email management and interfacing with clients - Schedule meetings and appointments - Manage travel itineraries - Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and stakeholders - Maintain an organised filing system and databases - Uphold a strict level of confidentiality - Ad-hoc administrative tasks What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will be highly professional and have excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have proven experience providing high quality executive, business and administrative support in a large organisation. Government experience and knowledge of TRIM is desirable.
