Working in a supportive team environment based in Western Sydney CBD you'll be the first point of contact for in-bound enquiries regarding HR queries.
Your new role This role is responsible for: Providing initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR related enquiries within a call centre environment. You’ll record data accurately and maintain the customer enquiries data base ensuring that all information is kept up to date daily. This is a high volume, fast paced environment dealing with varied enquires, some of which will become complex in nature and require further investigation.
What you'll need to succeed Contact centre or customer service role and will hold experience in administration duties. You'll be passionate about people and want to give an excellent service at all times whilst able to multi-task and possess strong organisation skills. Experience using SAP and a finance background is highly regarded.
The position will require an immediate start so you must be available at short notice. What you'll get in return $30 per hour Super Working in a vibrant and supportive team environment with a fantastic working culture. 6 month contract with a strong potential to extend and go permanent.
