About the role In this role, you will support the Workforce Planning Analyst by overseeing the day to day service level performance of the National Contact Centre through monitoring all be inbound and outbound interaction across all voice and none voice channels. You will also be working with key stakeholders to ensure service level targets and our members’ needs are consistently met.

You will bring to this role: Previous experience working within a Contact Centre Experience working with workforce management (WFM) systems Intermediate excel skills Additionally, you will have a good understanding of WFM concepts and best practice methodology and strong arithmetic and analytical skills. An understanding of SQL queries will be highly regarded.
Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation coupled with your problem solving skills would see you succeed in this role.
