Project Coordinator, Operations, Sydney

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator for Operations, based in our Sydney, Australia office. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating sub - elements and / or workstreams of large global strategic initiatives and, in some instances, leading the delivery of Operational-led strategic initiatives. You will look after directing Operational staff as well as coordinating across Middle, Back, and Global Operations functions to ensure successful execution Sound interesting? T, Product and other project teams Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, process gaps, and operational needs. Develop and deliver regular status and management reporting on global strategic and optimization initiatives Develop and maintain subject matter expertise regarding WUBS operational processes and technologies Effectively and independently engage with and influence stakeholders within Operations and across the organization. Use subject matter expertise to develop tools, analyses and educational materials to encourage action towards optimization effort.
What you will need to succeed: Proven track record in collaborating with global cross-functional team (cross multiple locations & time zones) Strong communication skills required to comfortably deal with, and influence senior stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment High attention to detail and ability to be confident in decision-making Proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint What will make you stand out: Certification in project management strongly desired What’s in it for you?
