The Position This successful multinational company is seeking a customer service/call centre operator with the following abilities: Solid Customer Service Skills Background within an operations customer service environment The ability to communicate at all levels A friendly courteous approach to customers Additional Duties:- Responding to all enquiries via email and phone in a professional and positive manner (inbound and outbound) no cold calling Performing administration and office duties Effectively deal with customer enquiries Close liaison with other members of the customer service team as well as other internal departments Your skills - Internet Explorer and all Microsoft programs including (but not limited to - Word and Excel) Openness to learning new computer software packages Excellent communication skills - both written and oral good problem solving skills The ability to make decisions Experience within recent call centre or customer service environment essential The ability to meet targets To be successful for the role you must have strong customer service skills, fantastic communication skills, able to work in a team, take the initiative and be a proactive worker What's On Offer?
