18 Month Position $72,686 - $78,249 Role located in Chermside QLD About the NDIA The purpose of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability. The NDIA will also provide great benefit to the families and carers of Australians living with a disability. The NDIS is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and will mean peace of mind for every Australian, for anyone who has, or might acquire, a disability.

About the Position The Quality Officer will be responsible for quality and performance activities to support day to day operations in an expanding network. You will: •Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed and are able to access information in order to inform business outcomes. •Monitor and ensure business processes and customer service standards are met by the teams to achieve positive outcomes.

•Demonstrate flexibility and embrace the challenges of working in a complex and changing environment. •Contribute practical insights to regional performance, monitoring risk and advising on corrective and preventative actions. •Provide guidance and support to regional management and service delivery teams, including but not limited, to technical advice, performance reports, and audit reports.

•Liaise with other internal stakeholders informing them of performance and providing information as requested. A major component of the role will be implementing at a regional level the quality initiatives as determined by the National Office Quality team and framework.
