Working under our Deputy Director of Pharmacy – Dispensing Services, the Dispensary Pharmacist will be required to provide a high level service to patients and health professionals on a daily basis.
This role is accountable for: Dispense and supply of medications in line with legal and professional requirements Liaison with our clinical pharmacists, the relevant hospital wards and other health professionals Maintaining and developing client and key stakeholder relationships Assisting with business and process improvement initiatives You will possess the following attributes A can-do attitude and team focus Proven dispensary pharmacy experience ?Experience within a Hospital setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of patients and hospital staff Attention to detail and precision in record keeping The ability to organise complex tasks and solve problems Analytical thinking to make sound judgements and develop appropriate innovative solutions Proven experience meeting key performance indicators and business objectives Current AHPRA registration and relevant indemnity insurance Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
