The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Precinct Administration Support to be a part of our Sydney Division within Roads and Maritime services. We are looking for a competent and motivated individual to help with the daily administration and support tasks by providing a high-level administrative support to the Precincts.
This role will see you working autonomously as well as a part of the team and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include but not limited to: • Registration of land use referrals applications • Procure goods and services, and reconciliation of accounts for the Precinct • Organise meetings, including booking venues, ordering catering and sending invitations • Update and maintain accurate, up to date and useable information on computer systems and in archives • Supporting the Precinct teams in various administrative tasks • Supporting in staff on-boarding and induction To find out more about the role, please click here About us Roads and Maritime Services is one of Australia's leading public sector agencies, with more than 5,500 employees and an annual budget of $5.5 billion.

Essential requirements We are looking for a resilient, meticulous, customer-centric individual with excellent communication, collaboration, organization and time-management skills.
The successful candidate would have demonstrated solid experience in providing administrative support and executive services with a high level of discretion, confidentiality and political sensitivity. This, combined with a knowledge of computer skills and other supporting systems for procurement and record management, would surely set you up for success.
