Challenging permanent job in Townsville for motivated Administrator with all-rounder skill set. Your new company This national company is an industry leader in supplying equipment to the manufacturing, construction and building industry. With a proud history spanning almost 50 years, this company tailors their solutions to every project and provide specialist advice to industry.

With further growth expected in Townsville, they are seeking an experience Administrator on a permanent basis. Your new role You will take full ownership of all daily administrative duties of the branch. This is a busy and varied role with your duties including: Managing all incoming enquires and processing orders for clients Invoicing and managing Purchase Orders for clients and suppliers Scheduling and planning jobs Assist in compliance to OH&S policy and company procedures Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on KPIs and activity for the branch to State Manager Supporting Branch Manager, Maintenance Coordinator and Area Managers in diary management and ad hoc administrative needs What you'll need to succeed This is a role that will require you to have a high degree of autonomy and confidence in you abilities.

Industry experience will be highly desirable to help you hit the ground running. You will also have: Invoice and Purchase Order management expertise Strong attention to detail under pressure Proven stakeholder engagement skills to manage relationships effectively Intermediate to Advanced MS Office competency What you'll get in return You will enjoy an autonomous and varied permanent role within a growing industry.
