HR Generalist, temporary role 3-4 month, flexible hours, and immediate start. YOUR NEW COMPANY This Horsham based Government organisation requires an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3-4 months starting immediately. YOUR NEW ROLE The primary function of the role is to coordinate HR and recruitment.

In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to): - Recruitment and Selection - Policy & Procedure Development, Interpretation and Advice - Change Management - Performance Management - On boarding / Off boarding. This role will be working towards tight time frames. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED This is demanding position and as such we are seeking someone with similar experience to ensure you hit the ground running.

You will be driven and motivated to succeed, you will have demonstrated high level organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. A high standard of professionalism and confidentiality is required. WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN On offer, is an hourly rate between $49-$54 p/hr and exposure to a highly reputable organisation in Horsham.
