HR Business Partner (Projects and Change)
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong project/change management exposure to support on a complex offshoring/outsourcing program targeted at improving operational efficiencies. Reporting to the Head of HR you will play a critical role in supporting on a major transformation change agenda across this multi-site, complex business. You will be heavily involved in this outsourcing & offshoring project across multiple sites, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
You will assist with generating appropriate documentation to support the change management process and developing FAQ's and manager scripts, etc. In addition you will play a key role in implementing a new performance management framework, whilst also supporting on other general HR BP activities as required. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting (not necessarily leading) large organisational change/transformation and who has supported on high profile projects impacting people.
You will be hardworking, agile, resourceful, proactive and demonstrate the ability navigate what will be a fast moving, changing and at times challenging environment.
