THE FACILITY & THE ORGANISATION Large Aged Care facility located on the coast of South-West Victoria. The facility is currently running well and was last accredited in late 2017. The facility is part of a large organisation who have been in the industry for a long time.
They have facilities across Australia and pride themselves on the culture they have created. THE ROLE As the Facility Manager, you will be in-charge of running the overall operations of the Aged Care facility. Your duties will include; management of the finances/ budgets, HR & Rosters, and mentoring / guiding your staff team.
