Description This role will include, but is not limited to: Help identify, support and resolve technical problems ensuring customer satisfaction Provide level 1 technical support and troubleshoot on a variety of products Log product issues for future review Manage and record using the helpdesk logging system Provide professional, Timely and exemplary customer service to a wide range of customers Profile To be successful in this role you will have: Exceptional Customer Service skills & phone manner Desire to achieve and exceed targets and KPI's Excellent written & verbal communication skills Effectively handle complaints in a professional and timely manner Previous experience in a Customer Service environment Previous experience in a helpdesk is desirable IT qualifications are highly regarded Job Offer Temporary placement with the view to go permanent Immediate start Full & ongoing training to ensure your success in the role Modern offices in Macquarie Park, close to public transport Monthly staff events $48,600 salary Super To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
