Great sales and leadership skills. About the role We're looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the performance and success of our Anytime Fitness Centre's (multi-site position). This is a true 1 role, tied at the hip with our Managing Director to execute our aggressive, ambitious vision for growth in 2018.
Highly organized, highly motivated, goal and detail-oriented, self-starter, who is passionate and experienced in all things as they relate to Fitness, Personal training, Business operations, team development and leading a team. Someone, who is all about hustle, flexibility, and adaptability in a highly challenging, positive, and rewarding environment. This role will wear many hats - Managing the sales department, developing and strengthening the entire PT department, developing and implementing an operational & growth strategy to support scale and efficiency within the business, finding and realizing growth opportunities through smart, savvy new business development, and being a core piece of the leadership within our team.
We're looking for someone who has operated in a leadership role inside a gym or similar customer service driven organization at scale, but loves the idea of joining a start-up and building something from scratch. We're looking for someone who believes or has shown they have CEO material and DNA - someone who wants to be on a fast track with one of the fastest growing Fitness Centers in the area. Certification as a personal trainer is an advantage, however the role mainly seeks a person who is committed to excellence and can deliver the highest level of service, believes the customer is always first and can easily build rapport and relationships.
The ability to understand the customers needs, and promote and sell the clubs products & services is a cornerstone of the role and an extensive background in service and selling is a key ability required. In this role you will be responsible for: Developing marketing plans which can be followed by club managers and understood by owners. Ensure staff are trained and adhere to company and Head Office policies and procedures.
Achieve agreed targets and ensure growth in the company and each club. Manage multiple clubs, within NSW, QLD and Melbourne. Developing a strong marketing plan which includes and not limited to effective outreaching, business to business meetings, and effective social media exposure.
