Business Operations Specialist
Exciting opportunity for Business Operations Specialist Part-time role (job share for 2 days per week) The Phantom Works - International (PW-I) division of Boeing Defence, Space & Security is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support some of the most exciting projects in the country including Autonomous Systems and Mission Systems. We require an experienced Business Operations Specialist with background in one or more of the following areas: Process Management: ability to determine the most efficient process to be used, know how to organise people and activities and simplify complex processes to achieve business outcomes Coordination of functional groups across the Boeing enterprise to support timely project execution Supply chain management and contracts management experience Ability to analyse data, summarise findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from various data sources (customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders) Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, present and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation Experience working across international borders and with Boeing international business processes, including OBIP, would be an advantage Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or Procurement.
