Exciting career opportunity with NSW TrainLink $1,159.75 per week plus 9.5% superannuation Location: Morisset Station (PAR) The opportunity We have a position available for a Customer Service Attendant Qualified to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery team within NSW TrainLink.
This position is augmented relief and has shifts consisting of 05:35 – 13:35, 13:35 - 21:35, 21:35 – 05:35. The Customer Service Attendant Qualified will be required to undertake a broad range of station functions with a sound knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines. Such functions will include train operations, customer service, and station presentation.
We are looking for a Customer Service Attendant with Qualifications in both Station Services (Certificate III) and Station Safeworking or successful completion following appointment.
