IT Contract Analyst
The IT Contract Analyst is responsible for the gathering and lifecycle management of contracts between IT and its vendors, partners and customers. This involves systematically analysing and maintaining all existing and future contracts within IT for the purpose of maximising financial and operational performance whilst minimising risk to IT and the business Contract Management Conduct contract analysis to determine key contractual terms and conditions Gather and maintain contracts, agreements and any other documentation concerning vendors and partners Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all contracts are maintained in Contract Management Database Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are informed of contract status, renegotiation and termination dates Ensure that contract management database is up to date and accurate. Oversee and measure the fulfillment of contractual obligations Define performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and challenge contract performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Assist IT Contracts & Asset Management Lead in resolving contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual obligations and develop strategies to address under performance and compliance failures, including application of contract terms Perform comprehensive contract analysis and financial evaluation of contract performance Collaborate with the IT Contracts & Asset Management Lead to align contract analyst activities with contract administration Contract Compliance Ensure contract compliance with all terms and conditions, and maintain a process for dealing with the expected end, early end or transfer of a service and relating to contracts Responsible for the ongoing risk assessment of all contracts to identify any potential breaches and/or disputes prior to occurrence Perform accurate and timely reporting on the status of all contract activities to the IT Contracts & Asset Management Lead and escalate potential issues and risks in an effective and timely manner Critical Experience and Qualifications Tertiary qualifications business, law or IT related discipline 3-5 years demonstrated experience working in the capacity as Contract Analyst Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders including internal and external IT service providers Critical thinking skills and an ability to identify the pros and cons of specific contracts Strong verbal communication skills to convey information to others in a clear and concise manner Strong reading comprehension and writing skills to detail contracts To be considered for the role click the 'Apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Dean Whittingham on 03 86804205.
