Human Resources opportunities - Wollongong and Illawarra Region Currently recruiting for top talent in this area 2 - 3 positions to fill, ideally immediate start Large organisation with supportive HR team We are looking for experienced HR Generalists with a strong background in organisation design and restructure, change management, transformation, process improvement and organisational communications. Initially for 3 - 6 month contract, with a view to extend, key skills include: Managing and collaborating with project managers on all people related matters Plan, manage and execute people related activities in line with project plans Build relationships with business stakeholders and consult on process and communication strategy Ensure all stages are communicated to the appropriate people, at the appropriate times Work together to ensure BAU during times of transition and change To be considered, you will need to have: Around 7 years experience operating as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager level HR Advisors with strong skills in communication and process improvement are also welcome A solid background in organisation redesign projects (end to end) Proven success in designing and executing communication strategies Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills To submit your application, in strict confidence, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
