Business Support Officer
Duties The Business Support officer will assist in the day to day running of the NDIA's National Office in Sydney for the Office of the Scheme Actuary division. Under guidance of the Officer Manager, this role will be responsible for answering general enquires, taking phone calls, receptions duties, booking appointments while demonstrating a professional and friendly service. Under general guidance, the Business Support Officer will also be responsible for a broad range of duties ranging from general administrative assistance to support day to day activities within the office.
Eligibility Entry Level checks will be required for all successful candidates and dependent on the role the appropriate working with children and/or vulnerable people checks may need to be undertaken as per State Legislation. Notes The filling of this vacancy is intended to constitute an affirmative measure under Section 27 of the Australian Public Service Commissioner's Directions 2016.
