Customer Loan SupportSpecialist Are you lookingto get back into the workforce and want to work in school hours? Do you have a passion for providingexceptional customer service and have experience in loan processing andtracking? Our CustomerLoan Support Specialist role will be responsible for providing administrative support to Mortgage Broker/ Manager and delivering an exceptional experience to customers from initial contact to loan settlement. To besuccessful in this role, you will need: Previous and proven experience in completing home loan applications and supporting customers through all stages of loan application process to settlement. First class interpersonal skills an ability to build rapport with people at all levels from all backgrounds, including lenders, real estate agents and settlement agents.

An unrelenting customer service ethic. An ability to quickly build trust with customers. To be a team player.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Outstanding planning, time management and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and exceptional tracking and follow up disciplines.

To be at ease in using technology and multiple systems.
