To support our success we are currently seeking a Communications Manager to join the Enterprise Change team in our Brisbane head office. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Transformational Change, you will be responsible for enhancing, streamlining and coordinating communications on behalf of Sunsuper’s Enterprise Change business unit.

With an enterprise-wide focus, you will create, develop and disseminate information to keep the business informed about the Enterprise Change strategic agenda and key initiatives. A major element of this role is managing the integrated communications function of a significant organisation-wide transformation program. This role is available initial 11 month fixed term engagement due to parental leave.

In this role you will be responsible for: Develop and manage the communications strategy and plan for Enterprise Change. In partnership with the Enterprise Change Leadership Team, coordinate, develop and disseminate agreed Enterprise Change communications. Manage the communications of a major organisation-wide transformation program including developing key messages in line with objectives and reflecting an integrated program of work.

Align communications plans generated by Project Change Managers, including performing effective quality assurance, with overarching program key messages and track activities ongoing. Manage, co-ordinate, monitor and measure the effectiveness of Enterprise Change internal communication channels, ensuring alignment with Sunsuper’s communication framework. Prepare, write, edit and publish communication material to a high standard e.

g. newsletters, SharePoint sites, articles, sales materials, award submissions. Leverage existing channels to maintain an awareness of changes within Sunsuper and the industry in order to understand potential impacts on Enterprise Change.

Engage appropriate subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance of communications, training, scripting, etc. Identify information and communication requirements and coordinate delivery to meet those requirements. Coach and guide Leaders in the creation of localised communications requests within the Teams/Business Units.

About You To ensure success you will possess : Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in communications or similar role with demonstrated exposure to internal communications. Prior practical experience working in a projects / portfolio environment is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to project manage enterprise wide communications initiatives, plans and campaigns. Ability to work in fast-paced.
