The Role The role is essentially an Estimating Administration Assistant reporting to the Sales Manager. General Administration duties Customer Service Data entry from collective sales figures into the internal sales system Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day to day duties Manage inbound mail Order entry Profile You will have at least 2 years' experience in a Building Administration position, ideally you will understand how to read either residential or commercial building plans or be familiar in a technical based sales or administration environment.
Your day to day duties will be extremely dynamic and fast faced, so it will be important for you to have a collaborative style of working as you will be working with a diverse range of people across the business. You must have high attention to detail and possess strong computer skills.
