Do you have these key attributes? · A great multitasker who can work well under pressure · Warm, empathetic & approachable for clients & team members alike · Exceptional phone manner · Lives & breathes outstanding customer service · Ability to easily rally & motivate teammates · Proactive & always looking for ways to use initiative · Loves being organized & paying attention to the small details to make things shine Key Responsibilities: · Management and importantly leadership; including rostering, staff training, appraisals, performance management, and conflict resolution. · Attentive with Social media advertisements and liaise with our marketing team · Handing client complaints and conflict resolution · Delegate admin projects to the reception team and facilitates the competition of them. · Coordinate and compile reports on business objectives and targets · Processing management/business expenses, reconcile transactions to balance monthly reports · Administrative support to Director · General office/administration duties · Stock take, ordering and inventory · Liaise with receptionists, management, and therapists in regards to day to day running of the business Selection Criteria: · Full-time availability · Female only & must be living around the Surfers Paradise area · Must have previous experience in an administrative/customer service role · Experience in a managing/supervisory role is MUST · Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
