About the Role: This role is accountable for managing the outcomes for accountable depots and contractors within the 3PL logistics contract. This role will be required to maintain, develop and improve the working model for the movement and storage of materials from the main distribution centre to metro and regional depots. This involves managing the implementation of our safety culture at accountable depots and ensuring compliance to all relevant safety regulations, policies and procedures through regular auditing of sites.

About you: The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following: Certificate IV in Materials / Operations management / Logistics Exposure to APICS, CIPSA or similar inventory management disciplines Minimum 7 years sound knowledge and demonstrated experience in Warehouse operational activities Continuous and process improvement in an operational warehouse Customer focussed and ability to gain trust and influence people from operational staff to senior management Fosters a dynamic operating environment where staff embraces change. Ability to work autonomously. Flexible in rescheduling priorities to compensate for ad-hoc requirements.
