My client creates large scale events, conferences and tradeshows showcasing the latest technology across a number of industry sectors. They attract over 10,000 visitors to some of these events, they are world class and highly successful. The marketing team is growing and they need another digital marketing campaign manager to join to the team to develop marketing plans and take them to market.

Its an amazing opportunity to create integrated marketing campaigns across a number of responsive digital channels, including email, social, web, radio and OOH using classic direct marketing principles. The role reports to the CEO who has a strong marketing background, so there is plenty of support and on-boarding to set you up to succeed. The role is to: • Plan and develop the marketing plan with the team for a particular event • Develop the campaign assets across email, website, social and some print • Create the timeline and manage the budget • Maximise the the number of attendees through appropriate targeting • Drive sponsorship and exhibitor inquiries through various marketing channels • Work closely with internal teams, collaborating on content, briefing creative and sales • Ensure all assets are updated on social and CMS leading up to and during the event You will need: • A strong background in creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns to highly targeted audiences, using one to one marketing principles.

• B2B experience would be highly desirable• A desire to work from marketing planning to the hands on execution of all assets • Great writing skills, developing the written content for the marketing material is required • A good understanding of paid social across a number of platforms• At least 4 years experience with some case studies you can proudly talk about • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a ‘can-do’ attitude • To be collaborative in your working style with amazing communication skills, both written and verbal • Outstanding attention to detail with solid commercial acumen If are looking for a new challenge, this is a great place to work, the office is located in North Sydney, 5 mins walk from the station.
