au/ Position Summary Are you looking to take that next step in your nursing career and become a midwife? Do you have a passion and desire to work with pregnant women and their families? Peninsula Health offer an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to gain their Graduate Diploma of Midwifery on a fixed term part time basis. This is a 16 month, 32 hours per fortnight program in which we will provide you with the clinical experience, while our partner University, Deakin, will provide you with the theoretical underpinnings. With approximately 3000 babies welcomed into the world each year, our Women's Health Unit provides an environment rich in learning opportunities.

Our Unit culture is both friendly and supportive and our experienced Midwifery Educators will assist your learning and development through one on one education and guidance.
