Publications Project Manager
Our client require a talented Publications Project Manager for a period of 3 months to produce their Annual Review and Sustainability Report. Based in the CBD this role is responsible for developing key corporate publications for the organisation. This role will work closely with the marketing and communications team to produce both the Annual Review and the Sustainability Report.
Key Accountabilities: Work with internal and external designers as well and the marketing and communications team to manage the design, development and distribution of the publications Liaise with internal contributors and others directly involved in the project to solicit chapters, edit submissions, coordinate events, resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met Work with the Comms & Marketing team to ensure the organisations corporate visual identity is maintained throughout the publications Edit for style, substance and readability Oversee all aspects of delivery to ensure consistency between both publications Coordinate multiple production schedules and printing deadlines key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in delivering corporate publications, including annual reports Strong writing and editing skills and ability to deliver effective material while meeting critical deadlines Ability to advise and deal effectively with a variety of stakeholder groups at all levels This role closes tomorrow, please apply now for immediate consideration or call Sarah Robinson on 8298 3827.
