Position Title: Registered Nurse, Community Mental health Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Hours per week: 38 Position Grade: Registered Nurse Salary: 61,090.67 - 85,781.57 AUD Annual Enterprise Agreement: Named NSW (non-declared) Affiliated Health Organisations' Nurses Agreement 2017 Department Name: Community Mental Health, Integrated Clinical Care Stream Position Summary: A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Community Mental Health Registered Nurse, with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Community Mental Health Team provides a high standard of mental health practice and interventions within a multidisciplinary team. The Community Mental Health Team provides mental health triage, acute care, case management and seven day follow up functions within the Community Mental Health setting. This position requires a Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Office of the Children's Guardian.
