The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to support the delivery and implementation of community projects, in particular Early Childhood and Local Area Coordination. You will work alongside national offices to establish and implement the services. This role will suit experience within project or contract management combined with well developed leadership and stakeholder management skills.

The Role: As the Project Officer you will be responsible for tasks including; Providing contract management and administrative support within your partner portfolio Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders including assisting with regional enquiries, issues, disputes, agreement variations and risk Act as a contract escalation point between the organisation and partners to ensure timely and accurate achievement of milestones and partner performance Assist to monitor performance and compliance in accordance with the agreement, including contract management planning in line with Agency policies and procedures Attend meeting and calls as a representative on agreement matters, effectively advocating the position of the organisation and providing feedback internally Manage a project or portfolio that will assist in providing leadership in developing continuous improvement and design initiatives for the development of the program Be highly flexible and adaptable to a changing body of work Provide team leadership and support to dive process and performance improvement Prepare high quality and timely correspondence, briefs and reports as requested Work closely with other teams within the national office to guide the effective integration of partner capabilities Manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high work standards and accuracy About you: Candidates must be able to demonstrate: Demonstrated experience within a similar role, project or contract management experience.
