About the Centre SDN Woolloomooloo, the oldest SDN centre, opened in 1905 but has been in its current location since 1920. The centre operates with 90 children from 6 weeks to school age, with a focus on including children and families from diverse and complex backgrounds. About The Role To work as part of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework.
SDN Woolloomooloo is looking for two qualified and experienced Educators (Certificate III) in the infants room. The centre is close to public transport. SDN pays above award rates About You Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved and current Child Protection Training qualification Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable) Excellent relationship building skills Certificate III in Children's Services Current Working with Children's Check (NSW) clearance Knowledge of the National Quality Standards Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework Experience in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Current Senior First Aid Certificate Our Culture SDN's values and philosophy are at the heart of everything we do.
