Currently recruiting for warehousing, manufacturing and construction industries across a broad range of administration and reception roles. Looking for motivated, friendly and reliable candidates with similar previous experience. On site parking available, must have car and license and be available to work between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties include but not limited to: Reception Answering high volume of incoming phone calls Signing in and out guests Arranging morning tea Ordering stationary Following up on invoices Data entry Filing/scanning Restocking fridges Providing administration support to various managers Providing customer service Skills and experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role Able to multitask Work in a fast pace, high volume office Excellent communication both written and verbal Intermediate word and excel SAP highly desirable but not essential If this is of interest for you and would like to be considered for temporary opportunities, please apply below.
