Command are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, with an engaging personality who has a passion for dealing with people and a strong work ethic whilst still knowing how to have fun. The Role At Command, you will manage the full recruitment process and source new candidates for a variety of roles within the Property industry. You will write effective job ads to attract new talent and use your natural rapport building skills to conduct telephone and face to face interviews and develop relationships.

You will strategically source clients and grow these new relationships, as well as negotiating salaries and terms. You will be encouraged to attend industry events and build your network. You will have a large existing database so you can hit the ground running and an excellent support network.
