Your new job is a newly created position to fall within their medical device workshop team. Our client is currently in a phase of growth and they are looking for a self-motivated, energetic candidate with customer service experience to join their small team to deliver outstanding customer service with key customers across Australia.
About the opportunity The main function of your new job is to provide a resource to the Service and Repair function for the business and to improve service levels, cost containment and to provide better business outcomes. You will sit alongside the workshop team and provide back up when necessary. Responsibilities Record all incoming units for service into "Inwards Goods Register".
(Excel spreadsheet) Complete data processing procedure through to invoicing. Receive and action phone calls/emails from clients with respect to servicing enquiries. Ensure all warranty parts are correctly logged to track trends, forecasting of demand, manage costs.
Assist in promoting Service Agreements in line with the sales plan and strategy Provide information of spare part requirements in spreadsheet format to the Customer Service team on a fortnightly basis to ensure timely PO placement turnover and sufficient stock holding Handle Customer complaints immediately and forward to the National Product Development and Training Manager. Skills and Experience Ideally experience within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industries Previous customer service experience communicating via email. Clear ability to liaise with customers & deliver information both in writing & via the phone.
Excel experience from Intermediate level. Strong analytical skills.
