Property and Facilities Officer
Chandler Macleod Port Hedland are seeking a Property and Facilities Officer Role Purpose: This role will assist the Senior Property and Facilities Officer with the Clients commercial and community property portfolio in relation to maintenance, renewal and capital project delivery activities, as well as for maximising the utilisation of the clients properties whilst balancing community and business needs. Essential Experience: Qualifications in Business Administration or Property Administration or demonstrated experience in a related field Advanced computer literacy Demonstrated administrative, research and reporting skills, with an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven customer service skills Effective time management and ability to prioritise Sound written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team Desirable Experience: Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Previous experience in managing staff accommodation/housing allocation Role Requirements: Must hold a valid WA drivers licence, C class manual at a minimum.Must be a resident of Port Hedland.
