WANTED: Cleaner and property manager and for short term rental

We own two short term rentals in Tallong and Wingello NSW and need someone (or a business) to assist us with cleaning both before and after guests have stayed. We are looking for that special someone who (or business that) can provide the following services: Cleaning expertise The ability to clean every surface in the houses efficiently - one sleeps 10, the other sleeps 8 people A good eye for detail and presentation to an agreed standard – maintaining our 5 star rating is key Provides own cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mop etc Organisation and communication Organisation skills and able to read a guest schedule online Backup support for unexpected illness and holidays Be flexible - guests may want a last minute early check in or late check out. We need someone who can cater for that last minute booking.

Essential to provide swift communication and a quick yes / no decision. Logistical support We need someone who can: Help organise the linen (check for stains etc and advise us on replacements) Ensure the rubbish bins are left out for collection Keep an eye on water tank levels and firewood Collect lost property Order and purchase consumables Please contact us ASAP if you are interested. No commercial experience necessary - would suit a fastidious homemaker or someone keen to start or grow their cleaning business.
