The purpose of this role is to provide excellence in service for our customers who are inquiring about BOQ Home Loans, ensuring we are offering them the most appropriate products and services to meet their financial needs and life goals. This will be done whilst working in a busy inbound call centre and digital environment, from time to time you will handle outbound calls as per business requirements.
Within this role you will strive to achieve business growth and sales across all BOQ products. Day to day you will be working mainly across the area of Retail Home Lending but also across CCI and general insurances. This role will require you to be responsible for keeping the customer experience front of mind in ensuring service levels are delivered, quality standards are maintained and efficiency to schedules are adhered to.
About You? Passionate about all things customer service and lending, you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar lending position either in face to face or a call centre environment. To be considered you will have demonstrated the following: Home Lending experience / Call Centre or Branch (essential) Previous call centre experience (desirable) Ability to communicate with confidence, and engage positively Sound working knowledge of MS office and CRM systems Strong computer and literacy skills In depth knowledge of the General Banking and Lending standards & NCCP requirements Ability to maintain call quality standards and attention to detail ROSTER: Please note that from time to time rosters can change and we ask for you flexibility in this.
