Organisational Design Specialist
Organisational Design Specialist, Sydney, $160K - 180K, review & advise leaders on organisation design Your new company This financial services company and are a well known and reputable brand and a large and complex business. Your new role Working with business leaders and executives across the Group, you will review structures and diagnose structural problems and implement recommendations, through co-designing principles that support the business strategic goals. Working with HR, you will facilitate structural and organisation assessment and design workshops with leaders and develop the framework for strategic workforce planning.
In addition, you will develop HR Business Partners capability in Organisation Design, and coach and mentor a more junior member of the Organisation Design team. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in large scale Organisation Design projects, in large and complex organisations. You will have a deep understanding of organisation design methods and organisation effectiveness concepts and their applicability to overall performance.
You will have experience from a large and complex organisations, and ideally heavily regulated companies. You will ideally be degree qualified in industrial or organisational psychology or a relevant similar qualification to support your experience.
