The Opportunity Medibank marketing is entering a new era, and stepping up the ways in which we differentiate our brand through a range of innovations. This is a strategic role within our Go-To-Market team that represents an opportunity for you to embed a rigorous framework, approach and rhythm for our largest customer segment - our families. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering an exciting suite of products and services like our loyalty programs and new healthcare services that have been created in direct response to what our customers want.

Key responsibilities will include: Developing a deep understanding of the wants of the customer through data analysis, and linking everything you do to the voice of the customer Connecting and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders to deliver products and services to market Driving customer loyalty in ways that haven’t been done in Australia before Influencing product and channel business partners with segment opportunities and strategic insights to help shape and improve customer value propositions Defining and developing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve NPS, member engagement and growth targets Performance analysis reporting across all marketing channels About You Members of this high performing team are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They take a structured, focused approach to everything they do, are consistent with their messaging and their way of working, and they hold the wants of the customer above all else.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a similar strategic marketing role - preferably within a services industry. You will have experience in working with senior stakeholders; in research, data analysis and planning; and also in the development of customer acquisition & retention strategies.
