Your new role A unique opportunity to join this fantastic company on a fixed term contract on a part time basis. As a Settlements Administrator you are responsible for all loan documents prior to processing payments, working closely with floor staff and lending officers to resolve issues and always providing a high-level of customer service.

You will process contracts Organise tax invoices Highlight any inaccuracies and communicate with relevant department Allocate money to correct recipients Customer calls, enquiries and emails What you'll need to succeed You will have a high attention to detail with experience in a customer service or administration role. A work or study background in finance would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will only be considered.

You will have a motivation to learn and be readily adaptable for change in a fast paced, high-volume working environment. You will have an intermediate level in the Microsoft Office Suite and have had exposure to learning new software programs and systems.
