My client is a national home builder who is looking for a production estimator to join their Sydney office, based in The Hills District. About the Role: My client is national home builder who is seeking a production estimator to join their Sydney office. You will be reporting directly to the Estimating Manager who will provide you with a platform to further develop your skills as an estimator.

This is an excellent opportunity with a project home builder based in the Hills District. Duties: Managing tender & quoting procedures. Quantify materials & labour rates Set up BOQ templates Prepare all PO's & their distribution Work closely with the Project Managers to achieve a successful outcome on all sites Control company margins to all sites Benefits: Salary package up to $100k depending on experience Long term career opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required : Residential estimating experience. Good understanding of plans & specifications. Strong attention to detail.
