Business Development Manager - Infrastructure
Company My client is a market leader firm that specializes in civil and infrastructure structural engineering. They have been heavily immersed in the construction market in Australia and have immensely grown their clients' base. Due to the amount of projects and the infrastructure boom that NSW is experiencing, they have now identified the need for a passionate Business Development Manager to effectively manage continued company growth.
In this position, having pre-existing relationships with the civil industry would be paramount. Responsibilities: Leveraging your network and contact base, you will secure and negotiate great growth opportunities Develop and maintain key relationships with key clients as well as identify new sales opportunities Follow up on new leads and referrals Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships Develop sales budgets and achieving revenues Ideally looking for: Someone with at least 5 of experience in a sales role in the construction or building industry A genuine interest in the civil and infrastructure industry Proven track record of achieving set targets Proactive and sales focused Ability to close a sales, cross-sell and up sell Excellence in customer service Strong interpersonal skills and hungry for the win Must have a full drivers licence What's in for you?
